Did you know if you leave the white parts of green onions (or scallions) and stick them in water, they start to grow again. Now a dollar here and there is not going to make a big difference, I know, but having green onions available to put in your recipe, now that is a good deal. For some reason, green onions is something that always gets left off my shopping list and it makes such a big difference when cooking. There, now you can almost afford the ruffles on some of those special edition Lululemon items. Off to tabata to die. More later! Have a great morning!
