I know it doesn't look too appetizing, taking photos of food is definitely not my strength, but tonight's dinner was delicious and easy! It is from the Pioneer Woman and is one of those recipes I always come back to. All you need to do is grill some pineapple, grill some chicken, cut up pineapple, cut up chicken, throw it on a tortilla (I use one of those whole wheat tortillas by Joseph's, which is 70 calories or something), add bbq sauce (I use Ray's) and dump on lots of cheese. I think The Pioneer Woman then fries it up a little bit, but this woman just nukes it and then inhales it. Yum.
